What Licensing Means
Mortgage programs vary by lender, property, transaction, and state. Being licensed in a state allows me to work on eligible mortgage transactions there, but it does not mean every lender or loan program is available for every property or borrower.
The right starting point is the property location and what you are trying to accomplish.
